The 23 year old turned professional with Team NetApp Endura this year and has already impressed with a string of top ten results in the Tours of Oman and Qatar.
He followed this up last weekend with victory in the Clasica de Almeria.
Both Kelly and Bennett were at last night's An Post Rás stage end launch in Carrick – the famous Seskin Hill is the finishing point for stage 6 on May 23rd.
Speaking to Tipp FM, Sean Kelly said Team NetApp Endura will enable Bennett to develop.
