This one woman show describes the life and events which led to the death of Brigid Cleary, the woman accused of being a changeling and burned to death by her husband in Tipperary in 1895. This moving play brings forth a whole slew of issues - issues of inequality, tradition and superstition, progression and ignorance, group mentality and individual steadfastness, independence and interdependence. Performed by Eva O’Mahony. Running Time 40 minutes, short interval then Q&A afterwards. Admission is FREE but tickets are required. Tickets are available at the Box Office.
