RTÉ and Sky retain GAA TV rights

The state broadcaster will televise 31 games a year with Sky showing 20 matches, 14 of them exclusive.

Both stations will show the All-Ireland Hurling and Football finals.

The new agreement begins next year and will continue until 2022.

Meanwhile, the GAA has also announced that its broadcast agreement with 20 local radio stations around the country, including Tipp FM, will continue as before.
