Clubs in Tipperary will be glad to have gotten the start of the County Senior Football Championship out of the way.
They face a break until September before the next rounds are planned after the Munster and All Ireland inter-county series.
Speaking on Tipp FM’s Extra Time last evening Clonmel Commercials selector Martin Quinlivan said managers and players will be able to focus properly on the championship come September.
