Venue confirmed for Tipp’s Munster Final

The Premier County won't have home advantage for this year's Munster Final.

The Munster Council have confirmed that Tipperary will take on Waterford in the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick on the 10th July at 4 o'clock.

Michael Ryan's side are looking to retain their title…it was believed that Semple Stadium would host the showdown but it's been decided to hold the game in a neutral venue.

The game will be the first Munster senior hurling final at the Gaelic Grounds since 2013 when Limerick defeated Cork.

Tickets for the clash will go on sale early next week according to Munster GAA.

Tipperary saw off the challenge of Limerick in Semple on Sunday to book their place in the provincial final…former Tipperary forward Eoin Kelly told Tipp FM's Extra Time last night that the current Tipp team have a brilliant work ethic.
