Trainer Emmet Mullins and jockey Brian Hayes fell foul of the stewards in Tipperary yesterday.
Mullins was fined €6,000 while Hayes has been suspended for 21 days under the “non-trier” rule after The Shunter finished 4th in the opener at Limerick Junction.
The horse has been banned for 60 days.
