Tipp footballer manager resigns

 


The manager of the Tipperary Senior Footballers has resigned following todays National League defeat.

Tipp were beaten by Sligo on a scoreline of 1-16 to 8 points.

This defeat came on the back of a series of poor results – County Board Chairman Sean Nugent has this evening confirmed to Tipp FM Sport that John Evans has indeed stepped down

 

In Division 1A of the hurling league, Tipperary racked up an impressive 31 points as they beat Waterford by 10 points at Semple Stadium.

Waterford with a tally of 2 – 15.
