The hurling match will take place at Semple Stadium at 1.45pm and the provinces will clash in the football semi in Parnell Park, Dublin, at 2 o'clock.
The fixtures have moved due to the funeral of Ulster GAA Secretary Danny Murphy on Saturday.
The CCCC will meet on Sunday evening to determine the dates and times for the Interprovincial Finals.
The Leinster versus Connacht fixtures remain as scheduled for this Saturday with the hurling taking place in Nenagh at 2.45 and the football taking place in Parnell Park at 6.
