Tipperary's Dave Foley and Tommy O'Donnell are in the southern province's starting XV too.
And Connacht will begin the defence of their title at the Sportsground where they will take-on the Glasgow Warriors in a repeat of last season's semi-final.
Kick-off in Galway is at 5.15pm.
