Cappawhite/Sean Treacys will now go on to play Thurles Sarsfields in the decider.
Meanwhile, in the U21B semi, it finished Borris-Ileigh 0-13 Upperchurch-Drombane 0-11, a victory which sets up a final meeting with Killenaule.
