The Premier County play their fourth match of the campaign on Sunday against Offaly in Tipperary Town and will hope to build on their unbeaten start.
If Tipp were to win at Sean Treacy Park then they'd be very much in the running to go up to Division 2 next year.
However, Liam says their first target is to stay in the competition.
