Harrington resumes on 2-under, having been called in due to bad light after just 3-holes on a stop-start day in Milan
Hoey managed 2-holes more and is level.
Paul Dunne managed a full round yesterday and starts today level, while Paul McGinley tees off his second round from 5-over.
Leading the way is Sweden's Rikard Karlberg on 7-under par.
