Injury update from the Irish camp due today

The squad will hold a work-out at their new base in Surrey this morning, with Kearney nursing a glute strain that he suffered during the closing stages of last Sunday's six-try victory over Romania.

Cahir's Tommy O'Donnell suffered a dislocated hip a few weeks before the World Cup, which ruled him out of the Irish squad.

The Munster star says his fellow Tipperary man Donnacha Ryan has made a great recovery from injury to be included in the panel.

Meanwhile, there's just one match today at the Rugby World Cup.

Tonga and Namibia will both be targeting today's game in Exeter as their best chance of a victory in Pool C, with kick-off at 4:45.
