Geraghty has now been cleared to rise at this year's Punchestown festival after he had argued against the punishment that he was given following his ride on-board Noble Emperor in Limerick earlier this month.
Tonight's hearing cleared all parties of any wrong-doing with the presiding officer ruling that Noble Emperor had lost his chance of winning the race from a very early stage.
