Tipp survive scare to make All Ireland Intermediate Final

Tipperary Intermediate Ladies are preparing for a day out at Croke Park after overcoming Meath in the All Ireland Semi Final yesterday.

However Shane Ronayne’s side suffered a scare before making it to the decider after their 13 point lead was reduced to just three by the final whistle.

Gillian O’Brien clocked up 1-7 from play; Aishling Moloney scored 1-4 before being taken off as an injury concern while Orla O’Dwyer contributed 1-3 with further points from McCarthy, Morrissey, Condon & Howard.

Tipp now go on to play either Sligo or Tyrone in the decider next month
