World athletics president Lord Coe says it's too soon to know if Russia should be allowed to compete at next summer's World Championships in London.
It's after an independent report found over a thousand athletes from the country benefited from state-sponsored doping cover-ups across sport from 2011 to 2015.
The IAAF banned Russia from competing on the track at the Rio Olympics this summer – and they remain suspended from the sport.
