Claims Munster offer to Wallaby captain just wasn’t good enough

A proposed move by the province to secure the Australian captain's services failed in the wake of the World Cup.

But Nucifora claims it was merely a case of the Wallaby hooker turning down Munster's offer, instead signing a fresh 4-year deal with the A-R-U.

Nucifora also says that whether Robbie Henshaw moves to Leinster or elsewhere will be purely the decision of the Connacht centre.

Meanwhile the fitness of Conor Murray and Tyler Bleyendaal are the main concerns of Anthony Foley ahead of Sunday's Pro 12 derby meeting with Leinster.

Munster will train and hold a press briefing in Cork today looking ahead to that game.
