The 9th running of one of the country's top stage races was won by Welsh rider Ed Laverick of the JLT Rapha Condor squad.
He took the final stage to claim overall victory by 1 minute 7 seconds from Dave McGowan of Champion Systems while Laverick's team mate Dante Carpenter rounded out the podium.
Yesterday's 123 kilometre final stage included the climb of the Vee and finished on the 6 kilometre ascent of the Gravel Pit in the Nire – Nenagh Cycling Club's Shane Scully took 9th on the stage.
