Top soccer clubs in Tipp praised for high standards

One of the top players in the TSDL has praised the high standard of soccer in South Tipperary.

David Joyce of Clonmel Celtic recieved an Annerville Award last night in Clonmel for his achievements in representing his club and playing International amateur football for his country.

Joyce togged out for Ireland’s amateur soccer squad in 2016 – he played for three matches in the UEFA Regions Cup in Italy.

The central midfielder says the top clubs in the Premier continue to push each other to continually improve:

Elsewhere in Tipperary, St Michael’s face St Saviour’s of Waterford in the Munster Junior Cup 4th round.

Also at 2 o’clock, Cahir Park play Avondale United.
