After winning just two of the previous eleven meetings between the teams, Munster ran out winners by 19-15 at Thomond Park last night.
Keith Earls scored the only try of the game in the first half, with the rest of Munster's scores coming from the boot of Ian Keatley.
All of Leinster's scores were from Ian Madigan penalties.
The win moves Munster into second place in the table behind Glasgow, while Leinster are in fifth place.
