Rassie Erasmus says the Munster players are dealing with his departure like adults.
The Munster coach will return to his native land to take up the role of South Africa Director of Rugby in December and the Province are searching for his replacement.
Erasmus was said to have told the squad he would see out the remaining two seasons of his contract back in April.
He says the players understand why he is leaving.
