In the Mid Intermediate football championship final Moycarkey Borris went up against Moyne Templetuohy in Holycross.
The first half was a low scoring affair, with Moycarkey leading 4 points to 2.
They pushed on in the second half, and the full time score there was Moycarkey Borris 2-6 Moyne Templetuohy 0-9.
Afterwards, John Kelly mentor with Moycarkey Borris said they were delighted with the win.
