Liam Kearns to decide on his future as Armagh loss marks end of term

Liam Kearns’ two-year term as manager has come to an end with a loss to Armagh in the qualifiers of the football championship.

It’s not yet known if he’ll continue in the role, and said after the game that he will talk to the various stakeholders in Tipperary football and his family before deciding on if he should continue.

With Kearns at the helm of Tipperary he’s taken the players to an All-Ireland semi-final last year, and earned promotion to Division Two of the National League this year.

Speaking to Tipp FM Sport after the game Liam Kearns said that what he decides to do will be in “the best interests of Tipperary football”…
