Former World Number 1 Sean Kelly says the expected move of fellow Carrick man Sam Bennett to the Deceuninck-Quick-Step team is a positive step
Bennett has been enjoying a highly successful season with his current squad Bora-Hansgrohe – however he wasn’t selected for either the Giro d’Italia or the Tour de France.
Kelly says its time for the 28 year old to move on.
