The Premier County defeated Galway 4-9 to 2-6 in the replay of the competition decider, which was played at St Brendan's Park in Birr.
Orla O'Dwyer, who was named player of the match, notched 1-5 for the victors.
Caoimhe Purdue (2-0), Sinéad Meagher (1-0), Sinéad Buckley (0-2), Grace O'Brien (0-1) and Keeley Linehan (0-1) were the other scorers for Bill Mullanne's side.
This is Tipp's first All-Ireland victory at this grade since 2011.
