Clonmel Celtic qualfied for the Munster Junior Cup last night for the first time in their history with a penalty shootout victory over Carew Park.
Celtic took the lead in the opening 10 minutes through Paul Kennedy before the Limerick side equalised before half-time.
It remained 1-1 for the rest of the game, including extra time, and in the shootout it was Richie Ryan who was the hero for Clonmel as his sudden death save gave Celtic a 6-5 victory in the shootout.
They will now play the winners of Pike Rovers and Ballynanty in the final in Cooke Park.
