This project aims to highlight the achievements of women in business in County Tipperary and promote equality and inclusivity in the business world.
It will start and finish with a 1-hour panel discussion on the challenges and successes experienced by women in business.
The project will also include a weekly series of pre-recorded packages featuring women in the Tipperary business community sharing personal stories, insights, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
The project will cover topics such as gender diversity, overcoming biases and stereotypes, increasing representation of women in leadership roles, and mentoring and networking opportunities.
It aims to inspire the next generation of female leaders and promote a more equal and inclusive business environment.
