The Tipperary duo of Peter Ryan and pilot Sean Hahessy are in action at the ParaCycling World Track Championships which begin in the Netherlands today.
The tandem pair are part of a 7 strong Irish team competing in Appledoorn .
Ryan from Upperchurch and Carrick on Suir’s Hahessy will ride in the Pursuit and Kilo.
