Tipperary has a below  average rate for vacant commercial units or
premises in the country.

That's according to figures released by GeoDirectory.

These show the  total number of vacant  commercial properties in
Tipperary to date was 894 out of a total of 9,335 identified.

The highest number of commercial units was recorded in Dublin
with 48,760 premises

The vacancy rate recorded in Tipperary at 10% was below the national

average of 11%.
