A Tipperary man was found not guilty over the weekend of
the manslaughter of another man in Bansha.
21 year old Dan Delaney, of Carrowclough, Tipperary Town,
pleaded not guilty to the charge of killing 29 year old
Edward O'Donnell, over a row about a cd, in May of 2009.
Delaney was also one of 4 men charged in connection with
unprovoked attacks on people in Tipperary Town,
during the St Patricks Day parade in 2009, which made
National headlines.
