Three sacked directors of a company part-owned by Richard Barrett and Tipperary man Johnny Ronan's Treasury Holdings are expected to take further action.
A report in the Sunday Independent says former TCT Director Ray Horney is demanding the Singapore Stock Exchange tackle what they say are serious disclosures.
The three were sacked from TCT in July for corporate governance reasons. They are disputing this reason for being elbowed out and are considering other means of action.
These three directors were the people standing up for independent unit holders and full disclosure, a source with knowledge the situation has disclosed.
