The Education Minister's defended a Cabinet colleague claiming
a tax relief on a heritage property he owns in Tipperary.

It emerged at the weekend that the Health Minister James Reilly is
claiming a tax relief for a property he owns near Moneygall.

Ruairí Quinn told the Dáil that the tax relief is warranted and is available
to anyone with a heritage property that is made available to the public:
