People in North Tipp are being warned to be vigilant against a scam
currently operating in the region.

A team of men, who claim to be from the County Council, have offered
to lay white lines in car parking areas at a charge.

They are currently targetting churches and schools and provide a very
poor service and ask for large sums of money.

They appear to be from the North or the UK.

North Tipp County Council is advising that none of their workers
have been engaged in this work and are urging anyone who is offered
this service, to contact the County Council.
