Man appears n court over Cappawhite assault

A man appeared at a special sitting of Nenagh District court 
last evening in relation to an assault in Tipperary .

Liam McCarthy, who's in  his 20's with an address at Church Street,
Cappawhite was charged  in relation to an assault in Cappawhite in 
which local man Martin Butler, suffered serious head injuries

The assult  occured in the early hours of Friday morning.
