Man appears in court in connection with Nenagh drugs haul..

A man has appeared before a special sitting on Nenagh
District court, in connection with a massive drugs haul
on Thursday.

Officers from Tipperary and the National Drugs Unit recovered around
800 cannabis plants following a search of a premises at Moanfin in
Nenagh on Thursday.

The drugs have an estimated street value of 640 thousand euro.

The Chinese national, of no fixed abode, was remanded in custody.
