HSE apologises for Clonmel trolley back-up

It says that 108 people present at the Emergency Dept. in South Tipperary General Hospital
on average every day.

The average daily admission is 21.

There were 24 patients on trolleys awaiting admission today,
the highest of any hospital outside Dublin.

The HSE and South Tipperary General Hospital in Clonmel regret this
and assure patients and the general public that staff work particularly hard
to minimise any inconvenience that arises.
