Hose pipe ban issued to households in South Tipp.

South Tipp County Council has issued a hose pipe ban.

The ban is being placed on all County Council, town council
and borough councils effective immediately.

The Emergency Notice will be in place for a period of 4 weeks.

South Tipp County Council say they have been forced to implement
the ban, as a result of severe water shortages due to the hot weather.
