Gardai are investigating after the home of an elderly man
was targetted by thieves in Carrick on Suir last night.

2 people, believed to be a man and a woman, forcibly entered
the mans home, on the Ballydine to Ballyneale road at around midnight
last night.
Nothing was taken in the burglary and the man was not injured,
though he was left shaken.
Anyone who has any information, or who may have seen anything
suspicious in area last night, is being asked to contact Clonmel
Garda station or the Garda Confidential Line.
