Any further strike action in Littleton, by Bord na Mona
workers, has been ruled out.

Both sides involved in a pay dispute at Bord Na Mona have
agreed to refer the matter back to the Labour court.

A series of work stoppages were held at the semi-state's
operations across the midlands last week with hundreds of workers
taking to the picketlines.

Bord Na Mona says it will now contact the Labour Court to request
its involvement after union groups expressed a willingness to talk.

Bord Na Mona also says its received assurances that there will be no
further industrial action in the interim.
