Funding announced for Tipperary swimming pools

Funding has been announced for 3 swimming pools in South Tipp.

The funding includes grants of  over 241 thousand  for the Sean Treacy
Memorial Swimming Pool in Tipperary Town,

Just under 117 thousand to the Clonmel Swimming Pool and
€63,365 to the Sean Kelly Sports Centre in Carrick-on-Suir.

The funding will be used to improve access for people
with disability.

The announcement has been welcomed by Fine Gael Deputy
Tom Hayes.
