Burglary figures in Tipperary fall in 2012.

Although burglary figures in Tipperary have decreased, official
Garda numbers show that one every 222 people has been a victim
of burglary.

Nationally, the number of burglaries is up one thousand when
compared to 2011, but Tipperary has bucked the trend and
has recorded a decrease of 11%.

Louth has recorded the highest increase, while Kerry has seen the biggest
fall in incidents.
