Air France could be facing criminal charges after investigators
found human error was partly to blame for a plane crash three years
ago, which killed a Tipperary woman.

Aisling Butler from Roscrea and her 2 friends, Jane Deasy
and Eithne Wall were among those who died when the Airbus
plunged into the Atlantic on the 1st of June 2009.

Air accident investigators are outlining the findings of their final report.

The French aviation authority says the crew didn't react correctly
after the plane's altitude sensors had technical failures.
