The Air Corps air ambulance service is resuming operations today
following last month's crash landing in North Tipp.

The incident happened on June 19th last – near Borrisoleigh.

There were no patients on board at the time and none of the three crew
members suffered any injuries.

Defence Minister Alan Shatter says the Athlone-based service will –
for now – operate out of Casement Aerodrome in Baldonnel in Dublin.
