Russia and Qatar say a FIFA report proves they didn’t cheat to win the right to host the next two World Cups.

The document says England did break rules while bidding to host the 2018 competition.

But its author says the English bid team co-operated fully his investigation – unlike others.

In the report a meeting’s described where vote-trading was agreed with South Korea, in the presence of Prince William and David Cameron.

Meanwhile the first of the Confederations cup semi finals takes place tonight in Russia.

Chile face Portugal at 7.
