Philip Doyle's Ireland squad face England this evening in a fixture that has had to be moved to a bigger venue because of the level of support.

Ireland face England this evening at 5 in the World cup semi final in Paris.

England won when the two last met in the Six Nations at Twickenham but just seven points separated the sides.

Former Clonmel RFC player Niamh Briggs will line out this evening for the clash.

Ireland coach Philip Doyle says that they have to get the preparation right.

There's also Irish interest in the other semi-final – the bout between France and Canada will be refereed by Irish woman Helen O'Reilly.
