Goals from Victor Wanyama and Harry Kane helped them to a famous win while Wayne Rooney scored a late consolation.

At the London Stadium Liverpool secured a 4-0 win away to West Ham.

The result means a win against Middlesbrough next week will guarantee Champions League qualification for the Reds.

In the Sunday’s first game, Hull City were relegated from the top-tier after defeat to Crystal Palace

This evening, Chelsea play their first game as Premier League champions.

Antonio Conte’s side are at home against Watford with kick-off at 8pm at Stamford Bridge.
