This morning FIFA officials were arrested in Zurich on behalf of American authorities in relation to bribery and fraud allegations relating back to 1991.

Meanwhile the Swiss Attorney General says they are investigating the awarding of the 2018 and 2022 World cups to Russia and Qatar adding they have seized documents and records from FIFA .
Two FIFA vice Presidents are among those inedited for the charges relating from 1991 all the way up to the 2010 World cup.
FIFA Director of Communications Walter De Gergorio says the 2018 and 2022 World Cups will stay with the countries they were awarded to while Fridays Presidential election will go ahead.
