United manger David Moyes has revealed that the winger injured his shoulder in the controversial challenge by Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris during their 2-1 loss to the North Londoners at Old Trafford on Wednesday night, which sparked a penalty row.
Moyes says he's unsure as yet how long Young will be out of action for.
