Tynan named in Under 20s side to face New Zealand

A new look Ireland Under 20s has been named for their final World Cup pool game tomorrow.

Head coach Peter Malone has made 12 changes from the team that lost to Scotland, a result that ended their hopes of a top place finish in their pool.

David McCarthy and Liam Coombes both make their Irish Under 20s debut after being named at centre and on the wing respectively.

Roscrea man and former Tipp hurling and football minor Alan Tynan will earn his third cap as he lines out at full-back.

The game kicks off at 12.30pm Irish time tomorrow.
