Two Tipp motions on the Clár at Congress today

Jason Forde’s on-field incident with Davy Fitz last year has been described as the catalyst for Tipperary’s motion to define a melee at congress.

He received a one match ban for the infraction – however, the County Board believe the word needs to be clearly worded in the GAA rulebook.
